A veteran of the road — box truck and semi — turned dispatcher. Bill built HDL on what he wished more dispatchers understood: what it actually feels like to sit at a dock, chase a check, or watch a broker try to shave a rate. Every process at HDL was written by someone who's been on both sides of the wheel.
